Terms of Participation & Refund Policy

Terms of Participation:

• Required 15 minute phone call with the owner to ensure The Arena is a good fit for their child/children.
• Each participant will have a Health History Form turned in.
• A signed waiver
• Any medication requirement or food allergy will be made known by the parent.
• The Fieldhouse is a nut-free environment. Please do not pack lunches / snacks with nuts.

The Arena will entertain a refund in extreme cases well in advance of the week of participation. We build teams, and staff accordingly, so last minute drops will not be refunded.
