Our summer program is one-of-a-kind! We take youth in an unplugged environment and immerse them in a wide range of leadership activities all day.
The Arena offers half and full day field trip packages for schools/churches etc. for 5th grade through high school. We provide a variety of leadership lessons in virtue, case studies, historical events, and of course, physical challenges.
One of the greatest lessons I have learned as a leader and follower is the importance of having a mentor. Somebody who is dedicated and accessible to work through life with at any age provides such an advantage.
The Arena offers academic and physical challenges centered around the team.
We believe in the importance of teamwork and cooperation. That's why we offer various team-building activities that encourage leaders to work together towards a common goal. Your team will learn valuable leadership skills, communication tips, and problem-solving tools.
The Arena is Veteran owned and operated. With a combined more than 20 years of enlisted and officer experience, we have everything requisite for preparing the next generation of our nation's leaders.
In today's world, summer activities for our children are numerous—STEM camps, elite sports, travel programs—but they often miss a crucial element: leadership and character development. While sports and academics offer great value, they don’t focus on what matters most: building future leaders. We created this program because we wanted something more, a place where young people can develop core values, push their limits, and grow in ways that matter. It’s time to invest in our children’s ability to lead, to inspire, and to become morally grounded individuals.
Imagine a program that challenges your child in every way, pushing them to give their best effort and holding them to high standards of accountability. The Summer Leadership Program at The Arena offers an environment of physical and mental challenges, compelling experiences, and practical life lessons. Through demanding activities and team-based learning, participants will build character and a sense of esprit de corps. We’re here to guide them on this journey, teaching them to lead with courage, loyalty, humility, prudence, and integrity.
At The Arena, your child will learn from experienced leaders who have dedicated their lives to the art of leadership. Our instructors are business professionals, community advocates, and military veterans, all committed to developing morally sound, ethically fit young men and women. If you want your child to become a pianist, you find a piano teacher. If you want them to become a leader, you send them to The Arena. Here, they will be mentored by those who know what it means to lead in the real world and who are passionate about paying it forward.
Whether your team is on the sports field or in the boardroom, we have the recipe to help you build a culture of accountability. Culture starts at the top, but buy-in is needed everywhere. Let's get the conversation started, send us a message.
We offer a variety of thought provoking activities and physical challenges compelling communication and growth in the team. Chemistry is what takes your team to the next level.
The Arena provides a place to develop your team off the field and outside of the office. Let us develop a night, weekend, or continual program to help provide a valuable change of pace to get the most out of your team.

If I've learned anything in the military, as a husband, as a parent, or in the church, it's thI'm not in this alone. I've been blessed with exceptional mentors that have helped me navigate what this life has to offer good or bad. Let us show you the value of a sounding board. Mentorship is available for ages 9 and up.
You decide as a school what you want for your students to focus on. From 9am to 2pm, your students can participate in a wide array of physical, mental, and ethical challenges. You can have up to 30 students engaged at a time either full day or half day (60 total participants). We recommend a balanced curriculum that facilitates an interactive learning environment focusing on the pillars of leadership and physical challenges that will bring students to their limits while improving social and personal communication skills.
The core of The Arena is to build the capacity to lead. Elements that underpin leadership are discipline and character. If you have decided you want to pursue military or federal service, whether that's through enlistment, service academy, or other civil service, we can prepare you. We craft individual programs to get you to the start line.
